These appointments are for feedback on test results, review of the management plan, and discussion of whether repeat prescriptions are required. Although it may be more convenient to have a telephone or virtual appointment, face-to-face appointments are also available.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Please note that unattended and uncanceled appointments will still be charged 30% of the original fee to recover our costs.
